House Prices Down For Third Month In A Row In France But Still Up On The Year
The average price of residential property in France fell for the third month in a row in September, leaving annual house price inflation running at 4.6% according to FNAIM, the body that represents French estate agents.
Based on its survey of between 10,000 and 12,500 properties sold during the month by its members, FNAIM calculates that the price of a resale property fell in September by O.5%.
This follows falls in July and August of 1.5% and 1.4% respectively and leaves annual house price inflation running at 4.6%.
Apartments were once again down more than houses during September.
